NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Climate Scaleup ("Disclosing Party") and the user downloading this report ("Receiving Party").

1. Confidential Information
The Receiving Party acknowledges that the scoring methodology, investor matching algorithms, strategic recommendations, and all data contained in the downloaded report constitute confidential and proprietary information of the Disclosing Party.

2. Non-Disclosure Obligations
The Receiving Party agrees to:
• Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
• Not disclose scoring details to third parties without written consent
• Use the information solely for evaluating partnership opportunities
• Not reverse engineer or replicate the scoring methodology

3. Data Usage
By downloading this report, you grant Climate Scaleup permission to:
• Share your application data with matched investors and corporates
• Include anonymized data in industry reports
• Contact you regarding partnership opportunities

4. Disclaimer
The scores and recommendations provided are based on available public data and algorithms. Climate Scaleup makes no guarantees regarding funding outcomes or partnership success.

5. Term
This Agreement remains in effect for three (3) years from the date of acceptance.

USER AGREEMENT
By accepting these terms, you confirm that:
• You have authority to bind your company to this agreement
• All information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You accept the terms of data sharing with potential partners
